## Is there a pool?

Yes. Shared private pool surrounded by tropical gardens. Skimmed almost daily, professionally cleaned twice monthly. All main-villa guests have pool access.

## What's the cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled ≥5 days before check-in. 2-4 days before: first night non-refundable, 50% off remaining. Within 48 hours: no refund. Flexible terms available for corporate bookings on request.

## Do US citizens need a visa?

No. Just a valid US passport. Customs clearance at FPO typically under 20 minutes.

## What currency is used?

USD. The Bahamian dollar is pegged 1:1 to the US dollar. No currency exchange needed.

## Is WiFi good enough for remote work?

Yes. High-speed WiFi throughout the property including outdoor areas. Each villa has a dedicated workspace. Suitable for video calls and team collaboration.

## Kitchen facilities?

Lime Villa has a full chef's kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, 6-person dining + 4-person counter seating). Coconut has a kitchenette. Agave and Pina have basic amenities (burners, microwaves, coffee makers, small fridges) but no ovens.
